Can I return or exchange items?


Due to the nature of the items we sell the answer is unfortunately no. We do ask however that if you are dissatisfied with our products that you contact us immediately. We would try our best to make sure everyone leaves happy.




Can I dye my hair?


The answer is yes! However we always suggest buying blonde hair instead of bleaching in order to Lift color. Buying blonde hair and then applying color instead will save you time,energy and money. Your colors will be more vibrant. We always recommend seeking professional advice before any at home processing.




How do I become a brand ambassador?


We are always looking for our next brand ambassador. If you are interested please feel free to contact us through our "contact us". Ambassadorship is not guareenteed.

How can I prevent shedding?


All extensions shed eventually however to minimize the amount of shedding we recommend maintaining moisturized, groomed, and clean hair. It can make all the difference.




How do I maintain my new unit?


While we always recommend seeking a professional stylist to assist with your install and alterations. Here ae a few tips we could offer: Cold wash your hair (LUKE WARM) , Condition your hair, Clip your ends, Seal your wefts, Make sure to tie up you hair. Treat it as if it is your own.




Price for shipping?


All shipping prices are automatically calculated based on price and weight of units using post office rates.
